We are passionate about the advancement of women. We are focused on giving women the tools they need to succeed in closing the gender gap.

The lack of gender equality and the underrepresentation of women is evident in many companies and startups. Women Accelerators provide a solid foundation for success by supporting women at all stages of their careers.

Our mission is to provide a centralized network and community for career-oriented women to access resources tailored to their career goals.

It provides networking opportunities, mentoring, and training programs to help women explore career opportunities that help develop female leaders.

Our vision is to create a community of like-minded and successful women who help each other succeed in the workplace.

Note: You will have to record a video of yourself telling us who you are, what you and why you think you should be considered for the program.

There is a section on the application form to paste the link to your Instagram video. Don’t forget to Follow and Tag @phindilegwala_official and @symaxxdigital on Instagram. The video should be less than a minute. Short and sweet would be great.

Products and services – identifying what you’ll be selling, your value proposition, how to make money from it, understanding your ideal paying client(s), and how to conduct validation research.

Planning – creating a business plan or Business Model Canvas and determining what actions you need to take to be ready to start trading online at the end of the program.

Week 2

Market Research – Identifying your competition and looking at what they are doing. Finding opportunities to outrank the perceived competition.

The digital economy – understand what resources and tools you can use when taking your business digitally – from websites, e-commerce, accepting payments online, and setting up your social media.

Implementation week – use this time to conduct research and get support from our expert coaches. We will also run a well-being workshop to help support you with any overwhelm you might be feeling at this point in the program.

Week 3

Sales – map out what you’re selling and to who, where you’ll find your customers, create a new business pipeline, and how to trade and negotiate – even when you don’t want to.

Marketing, PR – determine your company’s messages and communications content and identify the proper channels for your business.

Social media – get set up on the right social media platforms and support creating a consistent content plan for your business.

Implementation week – in our second implementation week, we’ll get our marketing, PR, and social media strategies into place.

All about money – setting budgets, financial planning and management, pricing, negotiating, and understanding procurement processes.

Implementation week – in the final implementation week, participants will get their businesses ready for trading online.

Systems – we delve into the systems, processes, and automation to fast-track your growth.

Your launch – in our final week of training, we’ll look at creating your launch strategy announcing your business to social media, your customers, and the media.

Mastermind webinar – In our final week together, we’ll have a mastermind webinar where we’ll address any of the issues or challenges that have come up, and we’ll bring in experts to help you answer your problems.

All the best!!!😊
